Nestled deep in canyon country, Saddlehorn Ranch is a multigenerational family ranch. We are in the middle of a massive ranch restoration project that focuses on regenerative and holistic practices to support raising healthy food and having healthy soil - which in turn supports healthy families and communities.
Covid and injuries struck the family, which triggered auto-immune and other health conditions. Having healthy food became the centerpiece of healing and continued recovery, for us that meant grass fed and grass finished cattle raised as naturally as possible. With no antibiotics or hormones ever.

In 2025 we will be offering grass fed low-histamine beef.
The Martin Family is the family living on and managing the ranch.
Zach and Cheyenne moved from Southern California in May of 2023 and started Martin's Meat Company.
Their specialty is raising high quality animals through holistic land management practices.
Cheyenne thrives in bringing people together to celebrate the importance of high quality food through farm dinners and luxurious farm stays.
